Shania had been to some of the top NHS funded programmes, as well as tried private physio, before finding our programme and making an incredible recovery back to full function. We decided 2 intensives (15 hours each) with a 4 week break was the best schedule for Shania to ensure maximum outcomes without over-fatiguing the body.
