Gen completing her first deadlift in a year after Functional Neurological Disorder (FND) prevented her from walking and training -- now she's on the road back to powerlifting again!

Words won’t do justice to the nature of Apex Neuro, how knowledgable and kind Sarah and Rob are, their dedication to getting quality of life back for so many people and the space they deliver sessions in. I started unable to walk at all, stuck solid in one area, hand locked, quality of life in tatters. A few months later, a condition that the NHS could not help me with is being torn down. I’m back in the gym, driving, going out again, walking more than using my wheelchair.

There’s not a single bad word to say for the people who have given me my life back and I still have more sessions to add to this. If you’re wondering whether to start, the only thing i regret is not finding them sooner.
